Question: What are my payment options?
Answer: For your convenience, your fees are automatically deducted for the previous month’s activity.
Question: How will I receive my monthly invoices?
Answer: Notification that invoice is available in the system are sent by email.
Question: How do I change the bank routing and account number?
Answer: Complete the E-Giving Direct Deposit Authorization form and mark as a "revision".
Question: How long will it take ACH contributions to register on our church's bank account?
Answer: Approximately 5 business days for deposit to show in account.
Question: How long will it take credit/debit contributions to register on our church's bank account?
Answer: Approximately 2 business days for deposit to show in account.
 
Question: What payment methods can we offer our contributors?
Answer: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and ACH (checking/savings withdrawals)
Question: What Church Management programs will integrate with your E-Giving service?
Answer: Shelby, ACS, ParishSoft, PDS and any others that accept import of a .CSV (Excel) file.
Question: Can we use this service if we don’t have a website?
Answer: Yes.
Question: Can we use this service with our Facebook account?
Answer: Yes.
Question: Do you require a website to use this service?
Answer: No.
Question: Will your system accommodate gifts from non-members?
Answer: Yes.
